i was SO surprised by how well dialed works!!!!!! tldr TRY A SPEECH FOR YOURSELF. warning long glazing paragraph coming sorry: whenever i’m feeling low energy or lost on what to do, its been so easy to speak right to the app or type a couple phrases in, and then i get 60 seconds of really quality time. i kind of expected like AI generic blubber but, i felt like my actual problems were seen and heard because it was now externalized into this mini speaking coach. and instead of instagram quote vague advice, i feel like it sees right to the core of the problem and helps ME to pull MYSELF out of it, if that makes sense. the music is also so good, and i like that i usually get some kind of small starting action point or phrase that i can use to get me to start, when before i opened the app i felt lost in the chaos of my own mind or the work ahead of me. THANK YOU TO THE DEVELOPERS YOU ARE AMAZING!!! really appreciate you sharing this tool with us and i’m excited to see it help more and more ppl :))

I hopped on this app thinking it’s similar to other motivational apps that are out there and was frankly skeptical in the beginning. However, it has absolutely exceeded all my expectations. First of all, the app allows a lot of flexibility to choose what type of guidance you need and shows that it knows everyone needs something different. The UI is also very very easy to navigate and it’s intuitive — it’s welcoming. I think one thing I struggle with other apps sometimes is consistency because of the information overload but this one was neatly organized and gives you what you need. Then the pep talk — the reason we joined the app. Absolute chef’s kiss. Life moves fast right now and it’s hard to slow yourself down sometimes to understand what’s important. The app did an incredible job in helping me take a step back and pause and breathe and realize my health and well being matters more than deadlines and expectations.Incredible work app developers!
